The Shade

The Shade takes its name from its ability to direct light according to one’s needs, and from its resemblance to a tree offering shelter under a harsh sun. Its strength comes from its tree-trunk body, crafted from natural, varnished eucalyptus wood. Its softness comes from the warm, customizable mood lighting it provides through interchangeable linen shades. A piece would not truly feel like mine without an unexpected artistic touch. Warm or deep abstract florals appear across the body, adding a hint of playfulness and a gentle echo of the inner child.
